Go Whale Watching in Bora Bora with our Team of Experts!
From July to October, each year, humpback whales make an incredible journey from Antarctica to the Polynesian waters. They make this trip to give birth and mate in the warm, calm waters for which French Polynesia is famous.
In 2022, The environment Department (DIREN) authorises whale watching from 1 august to 31 october 2022 .
Our qualified and trained staff will be your guides on this unforgettable Bora Bora whale watching tour. You will most likely see whales swimming alongside their newborns to protect them. If the conditions are right, you have the opportunity to swim with these majestic creatures and the chance to watch them play and socialize!
Keawai takes great pride in applying and adhering to Polynesian laws and safety standards that govern the permitted approach and interaction with humpback whales. Our goal is to share our passion for marine life with you and we strive to protect it with respect. Our team works hard to ensure that this meeting exceeds your expectations. However, this cannot be guaranteed due to the unpredictable nature of these wild and free animals.
If you join us for the full-day, six-hour tour, you’ll also enjoy a healthy vegetarian lunch with fresh local ingredients served up the Polynesian way on your own private motu. Please let us know of any food allergies or preferences prior to arrival.
